Global Day of Parents is celebrated on June 01 annually. This day is to pay respect to what parents do for their children and their selfless commitment and lifelong sacrifice towards this relationship. The main aim of the celebration is the same and that is to give appreciation, love, care, and respect their parents. This is the day to provide gestures to parents for the sacrifices, nurturing, care, and emotional strength provided by them.

# දෙමාපියන්ගේ ගෝලීය දිනය - ජුනි 01.
දෙමාපියන්ගේ ගෝලීය දිනය වාර්ෂිකව ජුනි 01 වන දින සමරනු ලැබේ. මෙම දිනය දෙමව්පියන් තම දරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් කරන දේට ගරු කිරීම සහ මෙම සම්බන්ධතාවය සඳහා ඔවුන්ගේ පරාර්ථකාමී කැපවීම සහ ජීවිත කාලය පුරාම කරන කැපකිරීම් ය. සැමරුමේ ප්‍රධාන පරමාර්ථය එක හා සමාන වන අතර එය ඔවුන්ගේ දෙමාපියන්ට අගය කිරීම, ආදරය, සැලකිල්ල සහ ගෞරවය ලබා දීමයි. දෙමව්පියන් විසින් ඔවුන් විසින් කරනු ලබන පරිත්‍යාගයන්, පෝෂණය, රැකවරණය සහ චිත්තවේගීය ශක්තිය සඳහා අභිනයන් ලබා දෙන දිනය මෙයයි.
