# IMD's World Competitiveness Index.
An annual World Competitiveness Index compiled by Institute for Management Development (IMD) as given below.
1. Singapore
2. Denmark
3. Switzerland
63. Venezuela (Worst)
Denmark has moved up to the second position (from 8th last year), Switzerland has gained one place to rank 3rd, the Netherlands has retained its 4th place and Hong Kong has slipped to the fifth place (from 2nd in 2019).
The US has moved down to 10th place (from 3rd last year), while China has also slipped from 14th to 20th place. Among the BRICS nations, India is ranked second after China, followed by Russia (50th), Brazil (56th) and South Africa (59th).

කළමනාකරණ සංවර්ධන ආයතනය (IMD) විසින් සම්පාදනය කරන ලද වාර්ෂික ලෝක තරඟකාරීත්ව දර්ශකය පහත පරිදි වේ.

ඩෙන්මාර්කය දෙවන ස්ථානයට පත්ව ඇත (පසුගිය වසරේ 8 සිට), ස්විට්සර්ලන්තය 3 වන ස්ථානයට එක් ස්ථානයක් ද, නෙදර්ලන්තය 4 වන ස්ථානය ද, හොංකොං පස්වන ස්ථානය දක්වා ද (2019 දී 2 වන ස්ථානයේ සිට).
එක්සත් ජනපදය 10 වන ස්ථානයට (පසුගිය වසරේ 3 සිට) පහළට ගොස් ඇති අතර චීනය ද 14 සිට 20 වන ස්ථානය දක්වා පහත වැටී ඇත. බ්‍රික්ස් රටවල් අතර ඉන්දියාව චීනයට පසුව දෙවන ස්ථානයේ පසුවන අතර රුසියාව (50 වැනි ස්ථානය), බ්‍රසීලය (56 වැනි ස්ථානය) සහ දකුණු අප්‍රිකාව (59 වැනි ස්ථානය) සිටී.
