World Young Doctors' Day - 24 June.
Upon their graduation young doctors start a working life that is very interesting, challenging and rewarding; they can finally bring into practice what they have been studying for many years. Young doctors also have a fresh view of the healthcare system. They experience and question certain policies, processes and systems. Due to their often more dependent position in the healthcare system it is often challenging for young doctors to raise awareness on these issues and improve them.
World Young Doctors' Day was founded on 24 June 2011. Exactly two years later, on 24 June 2013, was held the first World Young Doctors' Day. This will be the start of an annual event, with the aim of initiating and catalyzing collaborative activities among young doctors and with other professionals and organizations working in healthcare.
ලෝක තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ගේ දිනය - ජුනි 24.
උපාධිය ලැබීමෙන් පසු තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරු වැඩ කරන ජීවිතයක් ආරම්භ කරන්නේ ඉතා සිත්ගන්නාසුළු, අභියෝගාත්මක සහ ප්‍රතිලාභදායක ලෙසිනි. අවසානයේදී ඔවුන් වසර ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ ඉගෙන ගෙන ඇති දේ ක්‍රියාවට නැංවිය හැකිය. තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ට ද සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා පද්ධතිය පිළිබඳ නැවුම් මතයක් ඇත. ඔවුන් ඇතැම් ප්‍රතිපත්ති, ක්‍රියාවලි සහ පද්ධති අත්විඳිති. සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා පද්ධතිය තුළ ඔවුන් බොහෝ විට රඳා පවතින නිසා තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ට මෙම කරුණු පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීම සහ ඒවා වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම බොහෝ විට අභියෝගයකි.
ලෝක තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ගේ දිනය 2011 ජුනි 24 වන දින ආරම්භ කරන ලදී. හරියටම වසර දෙකකට පසුව, 2013 ජුනි 24 වන දින පළමු ලෝක තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ගේ දිනය පැවැත්විණි. මෙය තරුණ වෛද්‍යවරුන් අතර සහ සෞඛ්‍ය සේවයේ සේවය කරන අනෙකුත් වෘත්තිකයන් සහ සංවිධාන සමඟ සහයෝගී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් ආරම්භ කිරීම හා උත්ප්‍රේරණය කිරීමේ අරමුණින් වාර්ෂිකව සමරණු ඇත.
