# PATRIOT DAY AND NATIONAL DAY OF SERVICE AND REMEMBRANCE – September 11.
Patriot Day on September 11th honors the memory of the nearly 3,000 innocent victims who died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Each year Americans dedicate this day to remembering those who died and to the first responders who risked their own lives to save others.

2001 සැප්තැම්බර් 11 ත්රස්ත ප්රහාරයෙන් මියගිය අහිංසක වින්දිතයින් 3,000 කට ආසන්න පිරිසකගේ මතකයට සැප්තැම්බර් 11 වන දින දේශප්රේමී දිනය ලෙස ගෞරව කරයි. සෑම වසරකම ඇමරිකානුවන් මෙම දිනය කැප කරන්නේ මියගිය අය සිහිපත් කිරීමට සහ අන් අය බේරා ගැනීම සඳහා තමන්ගේ ජීවිතය පරදුවට තැබූ පළමු ප්රතිචාරකයින්ට ය.
