After almost 50 years since astronauts last walked on the moon under the Apollo program, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on Monday 21 September 2020 unveiled its latest plan to return astronauts to the Moon in 2024 at an estimated cost $28 billion, of which $16 billion would be spent on the lunar landing module.
The global space agency also shared updated on its Artemis program, including the latest Phase 1 plans to land the first woman and the next man on the surface of the Moon in 2024.

ඇපලෝ වැඩසටහන යටතේ ගගනගාමීන් අවසන් වරට සඳ මත ඇවිද ඇවිද වසර 50 කට පමණ පසු, ජාතික ගුවන් හා අභ්යවකාශ පරිපාලනය (නාසා) 2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 21 වන සඳුදා ගගනගාමීන් සඳ වෙත ආපසු ගෙන ඒමේ නවතම සැලැස්ම 2024 දී ඩොලර් බිලියන 28 ක ඇස්තමේන්තුගත වියදමකින් එළිදැක්වීය. එයින් ඩොලර් බිලියන 16 ක් චන්ද්ර ගොඩබෑමේ මොඩියුලය සඳහා වැය වේ.
ගෝලීය අභ්යවකාශ ඒජන්සිය සිය ආටෙමිස් වැඩසටහන පිළිබඳව යාවත්කාලීන කරන ලද අතර පළමු අදියර සහ පළමු කාන්තාව සහ ඊළඟ පිරිමියා 2024 දී සඳ මතුපිටට ගොඩබෑමට සැලසුම් කර ඇත.
