# EPF’s listed equity portfolio of Sri Lanka up by Rs.8.6bn at end of June quarter 2020.
The listed equities portfolio of the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), a superannuation fund of private sector worker savings, had increased by Rs.8.61 billion, by the end of June quarter 2020.
The EPF had invested Rs.53.85 billion in listed equities, at the end of June quarter 2020. This stood at Rs.44.97 billion at the end of March quarter.
During the quarter, the EPF has just made a new investment in Hatton National Bank PLC. The EPF invested Rs.136.91 million in 874,867 shares of Hatton National Bank PLC. However, EPF’s investments in CSE continued to report losses.
As of 30 June 2020, the EPF has invested Rs.84.19 billion in 83 listed equities. During that period the market value was reported Rs. 53.58 billion.

පෞද්ගලික අංශයේ සේවක ඉතිරිකිරීමේ අධිපති අරමුදලක් වන සේවක අර්ථසාධක අරමුදලේ (ඊපීඑෆ්) ලැයිස්තුගත කොටස් කළඹ 2020 ජුනි කාර්තුව අවසන් වන විට රුපියල් බිලියන 8.61 කින් ඉහළ ගොස් තිබේ.
2020 ජුනි කාර්තුව අවසන් වන විට ඊපීඑෆ් විසින් ලැයිස්තුගත කොටස් සඳහා රුපියල් බිලියන 533.85 ක් ආයෝජනය කර ඇත. මෙය මාර්තු කාර්තුව අවසන් වන විට රුපියල් බිලියන 44.97 ක් විය.
මෙම කාර්තුවේදී, ඊපීඑෆ් විසින් හැටන් නැෂනල් බෑන්ක් පීඑල්සී හි නව ආයෝජනයක් කර ඇත. හැටන් නැෂනල් බෑන්ක් පීඑල්සී හි කොටස් 874,867 ක් සඳහා ඊපීඑෆ් රුපියල් මිලියන 136.91 ක් ආයෝජනය කළේය. කෙසේ වෙතත්, කොළඹ ව්‍යාපාර වස්තු හුවමාරුවේ ඊපීඑෆ් හි ආයෝජන අඛණ්ඩව පාඩු වාර්තා කළේය.
2020 ජුනි 30 වන විට ඊපීඑෆ් ලැයිස්තුගත කොටස් 83 ක් සඳහා රුපියල් බිලියන 84.19 ක් ආයෝජනය කර ඇත. එම කාලය තුළ වෙළඳපල වටිනාකම රු. බිලියන 53.58 කි.
