# Sri Lanka receives Safe Travels Stamp from World Travel and Tourism Council’s (WTTC).
Recognising the safety protocols introduced by the Government of Sri Lanka along with standards mandated by Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) to ensure the safety of domestic and international travellers, destination Sri Lanka was recently endowed with the World Travel and Tourism Council’s (WTTC) Safe Travels stamp.
Whilst establishing confidence among tourists looking at the island paradise as a preferred destination to travel amidst the pandemic, the Safe Travels stamp will also allow them to recognise properties and businesses that diligently follow globally streamed health and hygiene protocols aligned with the WTTC’s Safe Travels Protocols, the SLTDA said.
# ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට ලෝක සංචාරක හා සංචාරක කවුන්සිලයේ (WTTC) ආරක්ෂිත සංචාරක මුද්දරයක් ලැබේ.
දේශීය හා විදේශීය සංචාරකයින්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව සහතික කිරීම සඳහා ශ්‍රී ලංකා සංචාරක සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය (එස්එල්ටීඩීඒ) විසින් නියම කර ඇති ප්‍රමිතීන් සමඟ ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජය විසින් හඳුන්වා දී ඇති ආරක්ෂිත ප්‍රොටෝකෝලයන් හඳුනා ගනිමින් ගමනාන්තයක් ලෙස යෝග්‍ය බව තහවුරු කරමින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට මෑතකදී ලෝක සංචාරක හා සංචාරක කවුන්සිලයේ (WTTC) අනුග්‍රහය දැක්වීමේ ආරක්ෂිත සංචාරක මුද්දරයක් ලැබුණි.
වසංගතය මධ්‍යයේ සංචාරය කිරීමට වඩාත් සුදුසු ගමනාන්තයක් ලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකාව දෙස බලන සංචාරකයින් අතර විශ්වාසය තහවුරු කරන අතරම, ආරක්ෂිත සංචාරක මුද්දරය මගින් WTTC හි ආරක්ෂිත සංචාරක ප්‍රොටෝකෝල සමඟ පෙළ ගැසී ඇති ගෝලීයව පිළිගත් සෞඛ්‍ය සහ සනීපාරක්ෂක ප්‍රොටෝකෝලයන් උනන්දුවෙන් අනුගමනය කරන දේපල සහ ව්‍යාපාර හඳුනා ගැනීමට සංචාරකයින්ට ඉඩ සලසයි.
