# Digital Quality of Life Index 2020.
A global research on the quality of a digital wellbeing in 85 countries (81% of the global population). This study indexes the countries by looking at five fundamental pillars that define the digital quality of life as given below.
- Internet affordability
- Internet quality
- Electronic infrastructure
- Electronic security
- Electronic government
Top countries with the highest Digital Quality of Life
Scandinavian countries excel in offering high quality digital wellbeing to their citizens. At the same time, 7 out of 10 countries with the highest DQL are in Europe, reflecting strong development across the majority of aspects that influence quality of people’s lives there.
Sri Lanka Indexed at 80th place.

රටවල් 85 ක (ගෝලීය ජනගහනයෙන් 81%) ඩිජිටල් යහපැවැත්මක ගුණාත්මකභාවය පිළිබඳ ගෝලීය පර්යේෂණයක්. පහත දැක්වෙන පරිදි ඩිජිටල් ජීවන තත්ත්වය නිර්වචනය කරන මූලික කුළුණු පහක් දෙස බැලීමෙන් මෙම අධ්‍යයනය රටවල් සුචිගත කරයි.

ඉහළම ඩිජිටල් ජීවන තත්ත්වයක් ඇති රටවල්
ස්කැන්ඩිනේවියානු රටවල් තම පුරවැසියන්ට උසස් තත්ත්වයේ ඩිජිටල් යහපැවැත්ම ලබා දීමට විශිෂ්ටයි. ඒ අතරම, ඉහළම DQL සහිත රටවල් 10 න් 7 ක්ම යුරෝපයේ පවතින අතර, එහි ජනතාවගේ ජීවිතවල ගුණාත්මක භාවයට බලපාන බොහෝ අංශ හරහා ශක්තිමත් සංවර්ධනයක් පිළිබිඹු වේ.
ශ්‍රී ලංකාව දර්ශකයේ 80 වැනි ස්ථානයේ සිටී.
