# New data management system for Central Bank of Sri Lanka reserve management from Singapore.
Cabinet approval has been granted on 07 June 2019 to procure a new data management system to meet the existing requirements in the management of the country's foreign reserves as well as to facilitate future developments.
Accordingly, bids have been invited on an internationally competitive basis to provide, install, operate, and maintain the data management system.
Considering the recommendation of the Standing Procurement Committee appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers and the views and recommendations of the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) on the proposed procurement, the Minister of Finance proposed to award this contract to SimCorp Singapore Pte Ltd. The proposal was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
# සිංගප්පූරුවේ සිට ශ්‍රී ලංකා මහ බැංකුවේ සංචිත කළමනාකරණය සඳහා නව දත්ත කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතියක්.
රටේ විදේශ සංචිත කළමනාකරණය සඳහා පවත්නා අවශ්‍යතා සපුරාලීම සඳහා මෙන්ම අනාගත සංවර්ධනයට පහසුකම් සැලසීම සඳහා නව දත්ත කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතියක් ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා කැබිනට් අනුමැතිය 2019 ජුනි 07 දින ලබා දී ඇත.
ඒ අනුව, දත්ත කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතිය සැපයීම, ස්ථාපනය කිරීම, ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම සහ නඩත්තු කිරීම සඳහා ජාත්‍යන්තර වශයෙන් තරඟකාරී පදනමක් මත ලංසු කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් පත් කරන ලද ස්ථාවර ප්‍රසම්පාදන කමිටුවේ නිර්දේශය සහ යෝජිත ප්‍රසම්පාදනය පිළිබඳ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්‍ෂණ ඒජන්සියේ (ICTA) අදහස් හා නිර්දේශ සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින් මුදල් අමාත්‍යවරයා මෙම කොන්ත්‍රාත්තුව සිම්කෝප් සිංගප්පූරු පීටී වෙත ප්‍රදානය කිරීමට යෝජනා කළේය. සීමාසහිත මෙම යෝජනාව අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් අනුමත කරන ලදී.
