Rose Christiane Ossouka Raponda (born 1964) is a Gabonese politician who is currently serving as Prime Minister of Gabon since 16 July 2020, making her the first female prime minister of the country. She is the 12th PM of the country and succeeds Julien Nkoghe Bekale.
She previously served as the Mayor of Libreville. With the fourth cabinet reshuffle by the President of Gabon, Ali Bongo Ondimba in January 2019, she was appinted as the country's Defense Minister from February 2019 to July 2020.
