# International Day of Cooperatives - 04 July.
The International Day of Cooperatives is an annual celebration of the cooperative movement that takes place on the first Saturday of July since 1923. Since 1995, the United Nations and the International Cooperative Alliance have been setting the theme for the celebration of the Day. The aim of this celebration is to increase awareness of cooperatives. The event underscores the contributions of the cooperative movement to resolving the major problems addressed by the United Nations and to strengthening and extending the partnerships between the international cooperative movement and other actors.
# ජාත්‍යන්තර සමුපකාර දිනය - ජූලි 04.
අන්තර්ජාතික සමුපකාර දිනය යනු 1923 සිට ජූලි මස පළමු සෙනසුරාදා පැවැත්වෙන සමුපකාර ව්‍යාපාරයේ වාර්ෂික සැමරුමයි. 1995 සිට එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානය සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර සමුපකාර සන්ධානය දිනය සැමරීමේ තේමාව සකස් කරමින් සිටී. මෙම සැමරුමේ අරමුණ වන්නේ සමුපකාර පිළිබඳ දැනුවත්භාවය වැඩි කිරීමයි. එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානය විසින් විසඳන ලද ප්‍රධාන ගැටලු විසඳීමට සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර සමුපකාර ව්‍යාපාරය සහ අනෙකුත් ක්‍රියාකාරීන් අතර හවුල්කාරිත්වය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම හා ව්‍යාප්ත කිරීම සඳහා සමුපකාර ව්‍යාපාරයේ දායකත්වය මෙම අවස්ථාව අවධාරනය කරයි.
