Venezuela, officially called the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuel is a tropical country on the northern coast of South America.

With a glorious history of more than 15,000 years, the country of Venezuela has made significant developments in fields of science, politics and technology over the last few decades. Officially known as the 'Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela', this country is situated on the South American continent. Like other festivals, Independence Day of Venezuela is also celebrated with equal zest and festive fervor which falls on 5th of July every year. It's been noticed that different factors have led to the emergence of Venezuela as an independent nation.

The Venezuelan Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by a congress of Venezuelan provinces on July 5, 1811, through which Venezuelans made the decision to separate from the Spanish Crown in order to establish a new nation based on the premises of equality of individuals, abolition of censorship and dedication to freedom of expression. These principles were enshrined as a constitutional principal for the new nation and were radically opposed to the political, cultural, and social practices that had existed during three hundred years of colonization.

වෙනිසියුලාව, නිල වශයෙන් බොලිවේරියානු ජනරජය ලෙස හැඳින්වෙන වෙනිසියුලාව දකුණු ඇමරිකාවේ උතුරු වෙරළ තීරයේ නිවර්තන රටකි.

වසර 15,000 කට අධික ඉතිහාසයක් ඇති වෙනිසියුලාව පසුගිය දශක කිහිපය තුළ විද්‍යාව, දේශපාලනය හා තාක්‍ෂණය යන ක්ෂේත්‍රවල සැලකිය යුතු දියුණුවක් ලබා ඇත. 'වෙනිසියුලාවේ බොලිවේරියානු ජනරජය' ලෙස නිල වශයෙන් හැඳින්වෙන මෙම රට දකුණු ඇමරිකානු මහාද්වීපයේ පිහිටා ඇත. අනෙකුත් උත්සව මෙන්ම වෙනිසියුලාවේ නිදහස් දිනය ද සෑම වසරකම ජූලි මස 5 වන දිනට යෙදෙන සමානාත්මතාවයෙන් හා උත්සවශ්‍රීයෙන් සමරනු ලැබේ. වෙනිසියුලාව ස්වාධීන ජාතියක් ලෙස බිහිවීමට විවිධ සාධක හේතු වී ඇති බව පෙනේ.

වෙනිසියුලානු නිදහස් ප්‍රකාශනය යනු වෙනිසියුලානු පළාත් සම්මේලනයක් විසින් 1811 ජූලි 5 වන දින සම්මත කරන ලද ප්‍රකාශයකි. එමඟින් වෙනිසියුලානු ජාතිකයන් ස්පාඥ්ඥ ඔටුන්නෙන් වෙන්වීමට තීරණය කළේ පුද්ගල සමානාත්මතාවය, අහෝසි කිරීම යන කරුණු පදනම් කරගෙන නව ජාතියක් පිහිටුවීම සඳහා ය. වාරණය සහ අදහස් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමේ නිදහස වෙනුවෙන් කැපවීම. මෙම මූලධර්ම නව ජාතිය සඳහා ව්‍යවස්ථාමය විදුහල්පතිවරයකු ලෙස ඇතුළත් කර ඇති අතර යටත් විජිතකරණයේ වසර තුන්සියයක් තුළ පැවති දේශපාලන, සංස්කෘතික හා සමාජ භාවිතාවන්ට රැඩිකල් ලෙස විරුද්ධ විය.
