# Germany to stop exporting weapons to Hong Kong, says Foreign Minister.
Germany will stop exporting weapons and dual-use goods to Hong Kong as part of the European Union's reaction to China's national security law for Hong Kong, Foreign Minister Heiko Mass said.
The move comes as a reaction to China's imposition of draconian national security law in Hong Kong which aims to crush dissent.
China on Tuesday announced the suspension of Hong Kong's extradition treaties with Canada, Australia and Britain after the three countries announced similar decisions in protest to controversial new security law.

චීනය විසින් හොංකොං හි කුරිරු ජාතික ආරක්ෂක නීතිය පැනවීමට ප්‍රතිචාරයක් ලෙස මෙම පියවර ගෙන තිබේ.
මතභේදාත්මක නව ආරක්ෂක නීතියට විරෝධය පළ කරමින් රටවල් තුන සමාන තීරණ ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමෙන් පසු කැනඩාව, ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාව සහ බ්‍රිතාන්‍යය සමඟ හොංකොං පිටුවහල් කිරීමේ ගිවිසුම් අත්හිටුවන බව චීනය අඟහරුවාදා නිවේදනය කළේය.
