Company Eden Brew has developed an animal-free milk that is expected to be sold in-store by 2024.
They use yeast to brew proteins and then they take those proteins and they’re nature-identical, just like what forms in the cow’s tummy and they bind it up with all nutrition.
The Company offcials says consumers are not going to be able to tell the difference between lab-grown and dairy milk.
The product will be at same price as dairy milk on sale in supermarkets by 2028.
The production process use a fraction of the water, a fraction of the land without methane emissions from animals and no pollution into the water systems.
