# Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce & Investment has signed a historic MOU to expand Bilateral Trade and Investment.
A historic MOU was signed virtually by Mr. Manjula de Silva, Chief Executive Officer of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Sayed Zaman Hashemi, Chief Executive Officer of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment, witnessed by His Excellency M. Ashraf Haidari, Ambassador for Afghanistan in Sri Lanka.
The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce with a view to build a mutually beneficial relationship with the Afghan Chamber and to promote friendly and cordial relations between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, signed this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment on 28th September 2020.
# ලංකා වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය සහ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථාන වාණිජ හා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය අතර ද්විපාර්ශ්වික වෙළඳ හා ආයෝජන පුළුල් කිරීම සඳහා ඓතිහාසික අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුමක් අත්සන් කර තිබේ.
ලංකා වාණිජ මණ්ඩලයේ ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී මංජුල ද සිල්වා මහතා සහ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථාන වාණිජ හා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලයේ ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී සයීඩ් සමන් හෂෙමි මහතා විසින් අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුම අත්සන් කරන ලද අතර ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථානයේ තානාපති අතිගරු එම්. අෂ්රෆ් හයිදාරි මහතා සාක්ෂි කරු ලෙස සම්බන්ධ විය.
ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථාන වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය සමඟ අන්‍යෝන්‍ය වශයෙන් වාසිදායක සම්බන්ධතාවයක් ගොඩනඟා ගැනීම සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සහ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථානය අතර සුහද හා සුහද සබඳතා ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීමේ අරමුණින් ලංකා වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය 2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 28 වන දින ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථාන වාණිජ හා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය සමඟ මෙම අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුමට අත්සන් තැබීය.
