The announcement was made 09th November at the press conference in New Delhi, where the Host City Agreement was signed between the International Boxing Association (IBA) and the Boxing Federation of India (BFI) by IBA President Umar Kremlev and BFI President Ajay Singh.
IBA enters a digital era, and New Delhi 2023 is going to be the first event where the digital evaluation and bout review will be introduced.
