International animals welfare organisation, World Animal Protection has launched an important report titled "All Eyes on Dogs" which provides the first trajectory with actions needed to eliminate dog mediated rabies by 2030.
The report also demonstrates how humane rabies control can contribute to One Health implementation and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The report also provides various success stories and methods adopted to eliminate rabies through interventions like mass dog vaccination, education, responsible dog ownership and humane dog population management.

ජාත්‍යන්තර සත්ව සුභසාධන සංවිධානයක් වන ලෝක සත්ව ආරක්ෂණ වැඩසටහන මගින් “සුනඛයන් පිළිබඳ සියලු ඇස්” නමින් වැදගත් වාර්තාවක් එළිදක්වා ඇති අතර එය 2030 වන විට සුනඛ මැදිහත් ජලභීතිකා රෝගය තුරන් කිරීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයන් සමඟ පළමු ගමන් මඟ සපයයි.
මානුෂීය ජලභීතිකා පාලනය එක් සෞඛ්‍ය ක්‍රියාවලියක් සහ තිරසාර සංවර්ධන ඉලක්ක සඳහා දායක වන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න වාර්තාව පෙන්වා දෙයි.
සමූහ සුනඛ එන්නත, අධ්‍යාපනය, වගකිවයුතු සුනඛ හිමිකාරිත්වය සහ මානුෂීය සුනඛ ජනගහන කළමනාකරණය වැනි මැදිහත්වීම් මගින් ජලභීතිකා රෝගය තුරන් කිරීම සඳහා අනුගමනය කරන ලද විවිධ සාර්ථකත්වයන් සහ ක්‍රමවේදයන් මෙම වාර්තාවෙන් සපයයි.
