The Global Innovation Index (GII) provides detailed metrics about the innovation performance of 132 countries and economies around the world. Its 80 indicators explore a broad vision of innovation, including political environment, education, infrastructure and business sophistication.
Sri Lanka has been ranked at 95th place in the Global Innovation Index 2021 released by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
