Elon Musk has just become the richest person in the world, with a personal fortune valued at $185 billion (£136 billion) This is the first time on 07 Jan 2021 the Tesla CEO has topped the global rankings .
He takes the title from Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, who has been the world’s wealthiest person since 2017.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has a net worth of $187 billion.
