International Day of Conscience - 05 April.

The United Nations declares April 05 as International Day of Conscience. This day serves to remind people to self-reflect, follow their conscience, and do the right things. The first International Conscience Day was observed in 2020. This year 2021, the second United Nations (UN) International Day of Conscience celebrations are being held across the world.

Conscious of the need for the creation of conditions of stability and well-being and peaceful and friendly relations based on respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion, the General Assembly declared 5 April the International Day of Conscience.

International Day of Conscience is aimed at promoting peace and love throughout the world. It addresses all ages and all groups. It has an open-minded global strategy with a particular purpose to let the culture of peace root in people's hearts and minds. UN states that peace is not only the absence of differences and conflicts, it is a positive, dynamic, participatory process connected intrinsically to democracy, justice, and development for all.
